Pre-orders

Some products may be available for pre-order before regular stock arrives. Estimated release and shipping dates are based on information available at the time of purchase and may change because of manufacturer production schedules, transportation or other factors outside our control.

If a pre-order has not shipped, contact support@hifiso.com to ask about cancellation. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Buyer Assistance

If you are looking for a HiFi product that is not currently listed on HiFiSO, email us with the brand and model. We may be able to help source it or suggest an alternative product with similar features.
